Selection Process: The process shall comprise of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Typing test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.
- a) Standard of the examination shall be like that of direct recruitment conducted by RRB. The question paper will have 100 questions, each carrying one mark and the duration of the examination will be 90 Minutes.
- b) On qualifying CBT, candidates will be eligible for next stage of selection i.e. Typing Test as per their merit.
- c) The selection will be made strictly as per merit in the Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by the Typing test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of their original documents.

Candidates should be in possession of Aadhaar Card. At the time of registration, candidates have to fill 12 digits Aadhaar Card number. Candidates have to produce original Aadhaar card at the time of document verification.
During submission of Online application, a Registration ID will be issued to each candidate. Candidates are advised to preserve/note their Registration ID for further stages of selection process/correspondence with respective Hqrs, Divisions/Units concerned.

Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination. Standard of the examination shall be like that of direct recruitment conducted by the RRB. The question paper will be given with 100 questions, each carrying one mark and the duration of the examination will be for 90 Minutes. The questions will be of objective type with multiple choices and are likely to include questions pertaining to General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence, and Reasoning. The questions in CBT will be in 5 languages i.e. Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, Urdu, and English. The candidate will have to choose any one of the languages. In case of any discrepancy between various versions, the English version will prevail.
The selection will be strictly based on the Computer Based Test (CBT). The qualified candidates in CBT will be called for document verification of their original documents. The selected employees under GDCE will have to pass prescribed training courses prior to appointment to the post for which they are selected under the GDCE. The date, time and venue of the CBT will be fixed by RRC/CR and will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.

Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the Written Test, followed by a Practical Demonstration. The written test consists of objective type questions. The test will be conducted on topics General Awareness, Mathematics, Mental Ability and Music Related Subject. There will be negative marking. 1/3rd marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Talent Test in the relevant field with Practical Demonstration and Confirmation of Talent by Testimonials/Certificates/Awards will also be conducted. The written exam will be conducted for 60 marks. The question paper will be given in English and Hindi. The test is conducted for a total of 100 marks. The written test will be conducted on 04/02/2018. RRC at its discretion may hold Written Test if considered necessary for all or for a limited number of candidates as may be deemed fit by RRC.

Selection Process: The process of selection will be made based on the merit list. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% (aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done. The panel will be on the basis of the simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
In case any of the two candidates having the same marks; the candidates with older age shall be preferred first. In case the dates of birth are also the same, then the candidate who passed matriculation exam earlier shall be considered first. A final merit list will be prepared cluster or unit wise, trade wise and community wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of percentage of the marks obtained by the candidate in their study. The finally selected candidates will be called for the verification of the certificates and have to undergo a medical examination.
