For Senior Economist:
The Senior Economist will be responsible for providing strategic inputs to the top management of the Bank.
He/ She will be required to analyze and evaluate economic and financial indicators of the national and international level and assess their impact on various markets and asset classes.
He /She may also work on costs incurred by the bank on the specific line of activities and the returns expected from such activities.
For Chief Customer Service Officer:
He/ She will be reporting directly to the MD & CEO/ Executive Director of the Bank and shall be the focal point for internal Grievance Redressal System in terms of Damodaran Committee recommendations so that a minimum number of complaints are escalated to Banking Ombudsman. He /She will help in strengthening customer confidence in the internal redressal mechanism.
Place of Posting: Central Office Chennai.
Period of Contract: The term of office of the holder of the post will be for 3 years, initially, extendable at the discretion of the Bank. The contract can be terminated at one months’ notice on either side or salary and the allowances in lieu thereof.
Fee: An application fee of Rs. 1000/- is to be paid by the candidates applying for the post. Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of the Intimation charges through internet banking payment facility of any Bank (other than IOB)/ Credit card will have to be borne by the candidate. The payment should be made between the dates 11/12/2017 and 22/12/2017.
Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the scrutiny of applications and Personal Interview. The candidates and call for an interview will be on the basis of the details provided by the candidates (regarding educational qualification and the work experience) in the online application. The Bank would be free to reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of the recruitment process, if he/she is found to be ineligible and/or furnished incorrect or false information/certificates/documents or has suppressed any material facts; and the fees paid by the ineligible candidates shall be forfeited.
The Interview process will be conducted for an aggregate of 100 Marks and will be on aspects like 1) Subject Knowledge, 2) Communication Skills & 3) Presentation & Attitude. The final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the Interview process and will be according to the merit ranking.
