RBI Recruitment 2018-Apply 29 Assistant, Medical Consultant Posts rbi.org.in: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) invites applications for the posts of Assistant (Special Drive for PWD candidates-2018) . Eligible candidates with prescribed qualification and experience can apply for the posts by online. The candidates can apply between 30/01/2018 and 19/02/2018. The preliminary test will be conducted on 06/04/2018. The main test will be conducted on 7/05/2018. The process of selection will be done by the two phases i.e. Preliminary and Main examination followed by a Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

Educational Qualifications (as on 01.01.2018):
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with pass class for PWD candidates in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC.
- A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category should either be a graduate from a recognized University or should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defense service.
- Candidates applying for the post in a particular recruiting office should be proficient in the language (i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language) of the state/ any of the states falling under the recruiting office.
Age (as on 01.01.2018): The candidates should be between 20 and 28 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/01/1990 and not later than 01/02/1998 (both days including) are only eligible to apply. The age relaxation for candidates is done as mentioned below

The candidates who will be qualified in the main test are eligible for language proficiency test (LPT). The language proficiency test will be conducted in the Official / Local Language of the State concerned. Candidate not proficient in the Official/Local Language would be disqualified.
How to apply: The eligible candidates with the prescribed qualification and experience can apply for the desired post. The candidates have to apply through RBI website www.rbi.org.in. The candidates have to register themselves. After registration candidates are required to pay the intimation charges. After registration, the candidate will be provided with a Provisional Registration Number and Password. Candidates have to fill the remaining details and should proceed with the payment and the submission of the application.
Pre-examination Training for PWD candidates: RBI may arrange combined pre-examination training at certain centers for a limited number of PWD candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by Government of India. Candidates belonging to the mentioned categories who desire to avail themselves of such training may write to the Regional Office of the Reserve Bank of India to whom the candidate is applying.

RBI Recruitment 2018-Apply Medical Consultant Posts rbi.org.in: Reserve Bank of India invites applications for the posts of Medical Consultant (MC) on contract basis with fixed hourly remuneration for dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India at its (i) Staff Quarters located at Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700 106 and (ii) Main Office Premises at 15, N S Road, Kolkata-700 001. |02||i. Applicant should possess MBBS degree of any university recognized by the Medical Council of India in the allopathic system of medicine.|
ii. Applicants having post graduate degree in General Medicine can also apply.
iii. The Applicant should have a minimum of 2 (two) years’ experience in any hospital or as Medical Practitioner.
iv. The applicants should have their own dispensary or place of residence within a radius of 10-15 km from the Bank’s dispensary at the aforementioned location.
v. The remuneration of the Medical Consultant on contract basis will be fixed with reference to the actual duty hours performed and will be all-inclusive.
vi. The Contract for engagement will be for a period of three years. There will not be any renewal of engagement on completion of the contract.

Note: The Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to review the rate of remuneration from time to time and alter the duty hours and location of the dispensary at its discretion, in case it becomes expedient to suit administrative and operative requirements. Accordingly, the selected candidate/s may have to attend dispensaries of the Bank besides those mentioned above. The total number of hours may be increased to 29 hours (maximum) in a week in case of requirement.
Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the Interview. The Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards etc. in order to limit the number of the candidates to be called for interview. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final. The Bank will not entertain any correspondence with the applicants who have not been called for the interview. The shortlisted candidates after the interview will be subjected to medical tests as per prescribed norms before engagement as Medical Consultant (MC). The selected candidates have to sign an agreement for the Contract with the Bank before engagement as Medical Consultant (on contract basis) with fixed hourly remuneration.
