Contract Period: The contract will be initially for a period of one year.
Remuneration: Maximum amount of monthly consolidated fee payable to consultant shall be Rs. 40,000 /- per month and deduction of applicable tax.
Duties and Responsibilities of the consultants:
The Consultants will share some burden of the staff of the MCPC and also conduct independent research, prepare documentation and statistical data. They will be expected to suggest remedial steps (if any) and identify positive actions taken (if any). So that a series of best practices are evolved over the years.
There will be additional and miscellaneous administrative duties that the Consultants will be required to perform, such as organizing seminars and group discussions with experts on the subject of Mediation etc.
Allowances: Candidate shall not be entitled to any allowances such as dearness allowance, Residential telephone, Transport facility, Residential accommodation, Personal staff, CGHS and Medical Reimbursement etc.
Termination Notice: The MCPC can cancel the appointment at any time without providing any reason and without any prior notice. The candidate can also seek termination of the contract.
Age: The candidate’s age should be 25 years of age as on the date of applying the post.
Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the scrutiny of applications received. The candidates will be shortlisted based on the sent applications. The further process of selection will be informed to the candidate by the management.

Supreme Court Recruitment 2017: The Supreme Court of India invites applications from Indian Citizens who fulfill the essential qualifications for the post of Junior Court Assistant Group B cadre. There are 57 vacancies placed in Level 6 of Pay Matrix with Initial basic pay of Rs 35400. The number of vacancies is tentative and will be determined in due course. How to Apply: Eligible candidates are required to apply online for which the link is provided through Supreme Court Website www.sci.nic.in. The application will be accepted through online registration only which is likely to start from 11-2-2017. No Admit Cards will be sent by post. The candidates are to download Admit Card for all stages of Test from Supreme Court Website. Candidates are advised to get a printout of the filled up application of his/her record. Printout of filled up application need not be sent to the Registry.
Selection Process: The selection will be made on the basis of written test , Objective test , Speed test and Interview.
