Apply for the AP New Ration Card: The Public Distribution System (EPDS), Department of Consumer Affairs Food and Civil Supplies, Andhra Pradesh is providing the opportunity to modify the details of the ration card. Each and every member of the family are to be included in the ration card to get the benefits related to it. The newly married couple should apply for the new ration card by getting the details modified in the old card.
An applicant can apply online by dialing to 1100. Before applying by this process one has to get registered in the Praja Sadhikara Survey. The Aadhar card number of the person applying will be verified with the database. If all the things are submitted properly, the details of the beneficiary will be sent to the National Information Centre (NIC). From NIC the details will be forwarded to the Civil Supplies department and there to the concerned Mandal. The person will be provided with a reference number, which is used to check the status of the card.

New Ration Card Apply Procedure:
The applicant should follow the below steps for applying through Mee Seva.
(a) First, download the Click Here Download Application Form.
(b) After that enter the Head of the Household Details like Card Type, EID, UID, Name of Head of the Family, Name of Head of the Family (In local language), Mother’s Name, Mother’s Name (In local language), Father’s Name, Father’s Name (In local language), Gender, Spouse’s Name, DOB, and Age.
(c) Then enter the details Professional Details- Occupation, and Annual Income.
(d) Gas Connection Details are to be filled with the fields Gas Connection Status, Gas Company Name, Gas Agency Name, and Consumer Number.
(e) The details of address permanent and residence are to be filled.
(f) Further fill the Add member details, Other details, and Informant Details.
(g) Finally submit Meeseva Application Form, Document proof, and Photo to upload.
(h) The applicant should do their signature at the bottom of the application before submitting.
(i) Submit the form in the nearest Mee Seva.
(j) The document upload should be done in pdf format below the size of 50KB.
(k) All the provided documents will be scanned and uploaded on the relevant website.
(l) When the documents are updated a reference number will be provided.
(m) The updated requests will be sent to the concerned MRO online.
(n) With the help of the reference number, one can check the status of their submitted application form and can be able to download a duplicate ration card.
