(a). Responsible for supervision/monitoring of food production, quality & services in nominated
(b). Mobile/static catering units.
(c). Ensure compliance of company policies and standard hospitality procedures/practices.
(d). Collection of feedback, analysis and course correction.
(e). Ensuring compliance of statutory regulations as applicable.
(f). Ensuring men and material for nominated mobile/static catering units.
(g). Resolve customer/passenger care related issues and complaint management.
(h). Supervise & educate staff in efficient upkeep of equipment and devices.
(i). Coordination with several departments, offices, business partners.
