- Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
- Photographs. 12 x Latest passport size color photographs & 02 x family photograph (5 Cm x 5 Cm) (Not more than Six (06) months old) with blue/white background and visible date on the photo.
- Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC). Issued by DC/ADC/EAC with signature and color photo of the candidate on it.
- Birth Certificate. For non-metric, Birth Certificate signed by Registrar of birth & death with round stamp.
- Caste Certificate. Issued by ADC/EAC/an officer authorized by the DC, with office seal and color photo of the candidate on it.
- Character Certificate. Issued by VCP/Village Sarpanch / Gaon Burha /Principal / Police Station (Certificate should be issued within six months).
- Unmarried Certificate. Candidates below 21 years must bring unmarried certificate signed by VCP/Gaon Burah/Head of Village. (Certificate should be issued within six months).
- Indemnity Bond. Candidates below 18 years must bring indemnity bond signed by parents and self in the following format.
- Education Certificates/Documents.
(a) For 10th and 12th Class Pass Candidates. Admit card, Mark sheet and board certificate of class 10th and 12th.
(b) For 8th Pass Candidates. Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Mark sheet countersigned by DEO and Issuing Authority (Only Mess keeper and Housekeeper).

Drug Check at Rect Rally:
(a) Candidates are liable to be disqualified for use of physical performance-enhancing drugs during recruitment rally.
(b) Army will not be responsible for any mishappening during the run/ another physical test including any due to consumption of drugs.
(c) Bilingual indemnity bond should be signed by the candidate prior to the Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the Common Entrance Examination (Written Test) for all categories. The dates and locations of Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for candidates screened in the rally will be intimated during the rally. Negative marking system will be followed in CEE (i.e ¼ negative mark for every wrong answer)

The eligible candidates have to apply through website www.joinindianarmy .nic.in. The candidates have to register themselves by entering the basic details. The candidates should fill in all the details and have to submit the application.
Documents to be carried to the Rally:
(a) School Leaving Certificate and Mark Sheet.
(b) State Subject Certificate (Permanent Resident Certificate).
(c) Character Certificate (issued within last six months) duly signed by Sarpanch / SHO and principal of school only.
(d) Caste Certificate with religion duly signed by a state authority (e.g. DOGRA, HINDU).

(f) NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificates and RD Parade Certificate (if held), O+level Computer Certificate from DOEACC.
(g) Individual to bring their Aadhar Card for the rally.
(h) No Claim Certificate duly signed by self/ father/mother. (Candidates will be appearing in rally at own will and risk and no claim for any injury or loss sustained during the rally will be entertained).
(i) Self Affidavit:- A comprehensive format for self-declaration affidavit has been formulated and is attached.
(j) Sportsmen who have represented India at International level and State at National level but not earned 1st / 2nd position, are eligible for relaxation in physical standards and bonus marks and who have represented district at State level and university team or regional team at district level will be eligible for physical relaxation and bonus marks only in case they have earned 1st / 2nd position within last two years.
(k) 20 copies of latest photographs TAKEN IN LAST 01 MONTH ONLY. Computerized or attested photographs will not be accepted. Sikh candidates should bring 20 copies with a turban and 20 copies without turban photographs.
